"Rachel Richardson qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from the University of Ulster in 2000. From there she gained extensive experience in the NHS and HSE in general physiotherapy and went on to set up Gorey Physiotherapy Clinic in 2006 which is now called Gorey Physiotherapy and Lymph Clinic. Rachel is a member of The Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists, The Society of Orthopaedic Medicine and MLD Ireland. Rachel qualified in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT) after training with Dr Vodder Academy International. Services include Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), compression bandaging, exercise education and skin care which together make up CDT. Rachel has also trained in several complimentary therapies which facilitates a holistic approach to treatment. Appointments are available Monday – Saturday with evening appointments available. Treatments here are covered by major health insurers such as VHI, Aviva Health, Laya Healthcare, and Glo Health. You may be entitled to a tax refund on your treatment."
