There are a number of UK based courses in the Casley Smith Method of MLD. Courses are available as accredited and non-accredited programmes of study and are delivered in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The courses are a minimum of ten days and are available to health care practitioners and fully qualified Vodder therapists who have successfully completed training in the treatment of people with mild and uncomplicated oedema (British Lymphology Society 1999).
